Welcome 2010!!!

In the spirit of tradition I am focusing on my goals for 2010!!! I am committed to making them attainable and reachable and at the same time challenging and worthwhile! All that will help me towards my goal of health.

1) Cut the sugars and simple carbs BACK out of my diet (why did I ever stop with this one!!!!)
2) Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!!! (I hate to exercise, but HAVE to do it, I wonder if there will ever come a time when this will be something I look forward to?)
3) Drink buckets of water. (well maybe not BUCKETS but lots and lots!)
4) Limit coffee to one cup a day
5) Make sure I get those 2 -3 servings of dairy
6) Go to bed early and work on getting those 7-8 hours of sleep
7) Get that new job that will simplify my life and get out of my current stressful one!

8) and most importantly continue focusing on the Lord and walking with Him!

I think that is enough. All doable! All beneficial! Can't wait to see the results!!!!
